Ally Financial is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the annual budget and monthly forecast updates, conduct variance analyses, and contribute to strategic scenario planning. You will develop and refine financial models, partner with budget owners, interpret data, and prepare management materials.

Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury to meet enterprise objectives. 3+ years in Finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required, with a focus on

• 3+ years in Finance or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required
• Experience with enterprise financial planning and analysis tools
• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas) and MS PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial statement fundamentals
• Proven track record of driving results with minimal direction
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve the process and models for planning and analysis of revenue, expense and balance sheet items
• Develop new or enhanced financial models to support changing business needs
• Partner with budget owners in bottoms-up development of key assumptions and metrics
• Interpret financial data and illustrate links to business performance
• Create and update management review materials (business plan and forecast decks)
• Drive audit compliance within the areas you are responsible for
• Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury and other partners to meet enterprise objectives
