Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager and AI/Automation Architect to own the technical vision for the Finance Operate Platform. You will shape multi-agent AI architectures, lead delivery strategy, and guide offshore collaboration with leadership and client teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Ten+ years of technology delivery experience, including 3+ years in senior architecture/leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in agentic AI, LLM-driven automation, and multi-agent systems.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML model development; workflow orchestration.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for AI/automation workloads.
Strong knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD.
Proven track record in client-facing technical conversations and executive engagement.
Travel ~25%; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical architecture for the Finance Operate Platform.
Define build-versus-buy decisions across AI, RPA, automation, data/analytics, and integrations.
Lead design of multi-agent AI architectures and orchestrations.
Provide technical oversight across concurrent workstreams and mitigate delivery risks.
Mentor engineers, present roadmaps to senior staff, and build trusted advisor relationships.
