Job summary

ACS Logistics Holdings, via Allegro Home Delivery, seeks an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day execution of large-item home delivery and installation operations in Seattle. You will ensure routes are staffed, crews are supported, customers receive proactive communication, and delivery performance is accurately tracked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in final mile delivery, home delivery, transportation operations, or related logistics role.
• Familiarity with routing software and transportation management systems (TMS); Onfleet or Route4Me experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of big and bulky or white-glove delivery operations, including installation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to support and communicate with field-based drivers and crews in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist market manager in daily management of delivery routes, driver assignments, and crew coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, providing real-time guidance, troubleshooting, and dispatch support.
• Monitor routes, identify delays, and resolve capacity issues.
• Build and optimize daily routes using routing software for efficiency and service commitments.
• Provide route details and changes to drivers and installation crews clearly.
• Maintain on-site operations coverage during high-volume periods or manager absence.
