Job summary

Regal Professional Services in Lewisville, TX is hiring a Final Control Assembly Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Final Control Assembly shop. You will direct a team of valve technicians responsible for the assembly, testing, and delivery of Final Control products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in operations, production scheduling, manufacturing, assembly, or industrial service leadership.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with industrial equipment, valves, instrumentation, rotating equipment, HVAC, or related systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance through accountability.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to understand assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and data reporting tools.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of Final Control Assembly Technicians to meet objectives.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support corrective actions and development plans.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure employees are trained, qualified, and equipped to perform work safely.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a proactive safety culture with hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Own operational performance and KPIs for Final Control Assembly.
• Balance labor, materials, equipment, and customer priorities to optimize throughput.
• Lead daily production review meetings to set priorities and address constraints.
• Monitor WIP, identify bottlenecks, and implement flow improvements.
