Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in production/assembly with an OEM manufacturer.
• 2+ years of experience in production and assembly management.
• Ability to work in hazardous environments and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly functions for pumps and fluid-ends.
• Analyze assembly bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 2015 and OSHA policies.
