Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting is seeking an experienced Production Manager to supervise the Final Assembly Department. This role ensures technical direction, prioritizes work, and coordinates resources to meet schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a relevant college degree, and strong organizational, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Benefits are included as listed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant college degree with 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and prioritize work for department staff.
• Ensure resources for production including materials, tools and labor.
• Monitor raw material usage and coordinate orders as needed.
• Ensure assembly schedules and production requirements are met.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed and processed.
• Provide hands-on technical knowledge of assembly processes and troubleshoot production-related issues.
• Perform other related duties as required.
