Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across Assembly and Paint departments, turning fabricated components into high-quality finished signage. You will manage team performance, production flow, safety, and on-time execution while coordinating with Fabrication, Digital Printing, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to remove obstacles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a strong grasp of lean, Six Sigma, and production

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience leading assembly, painting, finishing or similar operations; custom/made-to-order environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and safety/quality practices.
• Ability to coach staff, address performance issues, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Assembly and Paint departments, setting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Adjust staffing, workflow, and priorities in real time to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Coach and develop employees in assembly, wiring, lighting, finishing, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and maintain flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput and quality.
• Monitor quality and identify issues with electrical components, paint, color consistency, and finish.
