LITON Lighting in Los Angeles, California is seeking an Assembly Worker to support the production of lighting fixtures. The role involves hands-on assembly, modification, rework, and inspection, following work instructions and drawings.

The successful candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to company quality standards and supervisor directions. English and Spanish reading/speaking abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Assembly line experience.
• Lighting fixture experience.
• Must read and speak English/Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows verbal instructions, diagram drawings, process specifications, and supervisor directions to accurately complete assigned assembly tasks.
• Assemble electrical components onto light fixtures.
• Uses a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble lighting fixtures.
• Assures product meets or exceeds company and customer expectations of quality and workmanship.
• Can work at various assembly stations as needed and maintain a clear safe workspace.
• Reads, understands and adheres to appropriate company and department policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safe and productive workplace and quality products and customer service.
• Must immediately report any and all unsafe conditions and/or work related injuries/illnesses to the supervisor.
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to maintain efficiency throughout the company.
• Perform basic commands on computer
