Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified candidate with recent F-15/F-16/F/A-18/F-22/F-35 pilot experience or WSO background to provide onsite support to Headquarters Air Combat Command at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.

The role emphasizes analysis, requirements development, and resource planning for ACC programs. The ideal applicant will have JCIDS experience and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances, supporting studies, cost and risk analysis, and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• MAJCOM or higher-level staff experience (active duty, government service, or contractor).
• Active security clearance eligibility as required for access to classified information (e.g. T5, SCI & SAP).
• Seven years of Rated Operational F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22 or F-35 Pilot experience (Last Flight within 10 years) or equivalent WSO experience.
• JCIDS Requirements experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into documented studies and analyses.
• Provide technical/analytical support to track trends and user requirements.
• Assess capability requirements, gaps and risks, and support fielding of capability solutions.
• Conduct analyses for HQ ACC requirements documents (AoA, ICD, CDD, OCDD, CPD).
• Develop Rapid Prototyping and Capabilities Needs Statements; support Solutions Pathway Reviews.
• Provide SME analysis of Joint Urgent Operational Need requirements.
• Support concept refinement, threat analysis, and cost/risk analyses.
• Assist planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of resource requirements.
• Analyze funding execution and support studies and reports to identify capability gaps.
