Job summary

Tactical Air Support, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (F-15 Net Enabled Weapons) to join the ACES Division and strengthen the NEW Support Team. Ideal candidates will be near one of several bases (Eglin, Mountain Home, Seymour Johnson, Nellis, Langley) with travel to U.S.

bases and international exercises. The role requires a SME in F-15 systems, the ability to design and deliver training programs, and frequent travel to support warfighter training while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight years as F-15 aircrew; WIC Graduate preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of F-15 weapon and mission systems.
• Travel (30%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a government background check.
• Current and active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility; SAP/SAR program eligibility.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate on a team in the production of Network Enabled Weapon (NEW) training plans, update and deliver a training program for NEW with continued training for instructors and maintenance personnel
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) updating and standardizing training materials, including mission planning, flight training, NEW operations, COMSEC key and custodian interaction and NEW training modules
• Conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
• Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES
