• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree with 10+ years DoD experience, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years DoD experience.
• 15+ years direct DoD experience with proper certifications.
• Knowledge of AFLCMC policies, processes, and fighter aircraft technology.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AFLCMC/WAM F-16 program teams and multiple programs.
• Research and analyze QF-16 program data, track performance and requirements, identify trends and risks, and advise the F-16 program office.
• Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of PM concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Evaluate implications of projects, programs, processes and policies and recommend improvements.
• Gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information for program managers and foreign customers; provide daily administrative support.
• Prepare briefings and reports; document meetings with U.S. and foreign parties as applicable.
• Accomplish CONUS travel in support of F-16 program meetings and reviews.

Job description

Program Analyst Support, senior level will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Eglin AFB, FL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Provide support to various F-16 programs and support teams working on one or multiple programs.
• Research and analyze QF-16 program data, track program performance and requirements, identify trends and program risk and provide recommendations to the F-16 program office.
• Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
• Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
• Assist to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers and provide daily administrative support with minimal or no assistance, utilizing AFLCMC policies, and analytical methods or techniques.
• Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties as applicable.
• Accomplish CONUS travel in support of F-16 program meetings, reviews, audits, and other activities held at U.S. government and Contractor facilities.
  

Requirements

• Must have at least an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information for Security (DISS).
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD
• OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD
• OR a minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
• Recommend extensive administrative skills and knowledge of AFLCMC policies, processes, and applicable guidance, as well as knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
• Recommend a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative/analysis support experience, and two (2) years of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
