Paradigm Max Q LLC in Langley AFB, VA seeks a senior F-35 AFE Readiness Integration & Sustainment SME to support ACC/A3 operations. You will bridge operational units, sustainment, and acquisition, ensuring aircrew safety and fleet readiness through configuration alignment, issue tracking, and governance.

Requires 10+ years in F-35/AFE, MAJCOM or program office collaboration, and active Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years supporting F-35/AFE, DoD aviation operations, sustainment, or readiness integration.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience coordinating across MAJCOMs, program offices, and operational wings.

Responsibilities

• Track aircraft platform configuration changes impacting AFE systems.
• Identify risks from hardware modifications and software updates affecting AFE compatibility.
• Coordinate with JPO, Lockheed Martin, and program offices to resolve AFE‑config mismatches.
• Establish and maintain an enterprise AFE issue tracker and dashboards.
• Prepare senior leader briefs, issue papers, and decision support products.
