Job summary

OST INC is seeking a Fielding Coordinator to support USAF Chemical and Biological Defense and Emergency Management fielding, training, and sustainment. This role requires onsite work in Edgewood, MD, frequent travel, and close coordination with government and industry partners.

You will lead equipment fielding, training development, and documentation, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with DoD policies. A Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 9+ years in Aircrew Flight Equipment/CBRN modernization.
• Completion of Aircrew Flight Equipment or equivalent DoD training.
• Certification as Aircrew Flight Equipment Instructor or Life Support Instructor.
• 9+ years in Aircrew Flight Equipment portfolio with USAF references.
• Knowledge of egress, bailout, parachute-descent procedures.
• 9+ years supporting DoD Aircrew CBRN programs.
• Experience with fielding, training, sustainment, and logistics.
• Willingness to travel ~2 weeks per month.
• US citizen; able to work onsite in Edgewood, MD.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among offices, manufacturers, and USAF commands for CBD/EM equipment.
• Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS fielding activities at receiving locations.
• Conduct on-site inventories and functional checks as directed.
• Develop fielding analyses and support plans and docs.
• Maintain integrated fielding schedules and coordinate dates with stakeholders.
• Prepare fielding reports and documentation for leadership.
• Conduct aircrew training and develop lesson plans.
• Support creation of technical orders and training materials.
