Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions seeks a New Equipment Trainer (NET)/Fielder to support fielding and training efforts at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires extensive NET/Fielding experience, data collection for fielding orders, and coordination with Program Management for system integration and changes.

You will develop installation and new equipment training schedules, conduct training at unit locations, and provide transfer of knowledge on operation and maintenance of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of NET/Fielding experience required.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Four (4) additional years of related experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training to support initial transfer of knowledge on operation and maintenance of new equipment.
• Develop and manage installation and new equipment training schedules.
• Conduct new equipment and sustainment training at unit locations.
• Coordinate with PdM on system integration requirements and engineering changes.
• Assist in pre-fielding inventories of system end items and components.
• Collect data from Army units for fielding requirements, facilities, manpower, shipping, and points of contact.
