Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 6–7 years of classroom teaching experience.
• At least 5 years working with local education agencies.
• 5 years experience facilitating high-quality professional learning for various stakeholders.
• Firm understanding of research-based literacy and math instruction for elementary and/or secondary students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expectations of a project's Required Activities Document
• Analyze project data to create, implement, and monitor program plans
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual professional development using program materials
• Attend all meetings and trainings, across all projects, as required and maintain accurate documentation of work
• Other duties as assigned
