Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of classroom teaching experience and 1–2 years in educational programs.
• Master's degree preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support LASO - Strong Foundations planning with LEAs in Texas and beyond.
• Support TIER team with MTSS data collection, analysis, and professional learning.
• Coach and support Texas Reading Academies district cohort leaders; assist with PLC meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate emails and scheduling with the STAR Team Project Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
