Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a Senior Field Trainer/Analyst for UT Austin campus to plan, implement, and deliver professional development for special education programs. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong program outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, analyzing data to guide program plans, and facilitating high-quality learning for diverse stakeholders both in person and online.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; 6–7 years of classroom teaching experience.
• 5+ years working with local education agencies.
• 5 years facilitating professional learning for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong literacy and math instruction understanding for K-12.
• Willing to pursue LIFT and Texas cohort leader certifications.
• MTSS planning/implementation experience; bilingual/ESL perspective a plus.

This position is 20 hours a week.

Purpose

Plan and implement program initiatives working closely with team and external stakeholders to provide professional development and technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expectations of a project's Required Activities Document
• Analyze project data to create, implement, and monitor program plans
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual professional development using program materials
• Attend all meetings and trainings, across all projects, as required and maintain accurate documentation of work
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• A Master's Degree
• 6-7 years of classroom teaching experience
• At least 5 years working with local education agencies
• 5 years experience facilitating high-quality professional learning for various stakeholders
• A firm understanding of research-based literacy and math instruction for elementary and /or secondary students
• Willingness to become certified as a Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) support provider
• A willingness to become certified as a cohort leaders for the Texas Reading Academies
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), including planning and implementation
• Experience supporting emergent bilingual students
• Experience using collaborative technological tools such as Canvas, Teams, and Zoom
• Ability to multitask on several initiatives both independently and with colleagues
• Strong facilitation skills, including ability to effectively plan, prepare, and deliver professional learning for adult audiences

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual certification
• ESL certification
• Administrative certification

Salary Range

Prorated range of $35,000 - $42,500 (Full-time Equivalent of $70,000 - $85,000)
