The Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to provide support to multiple projects, including LASO – Strong Foundations, Tiered Interventions Using Evidence-Based Research (TIER), and Texas Reading Academies. This candidate may also support additional projects, as determined by the direct supervisor.
This position requires proven educational leadership skills and an eagerness to collaborate with a diverse group of support providers and LEAs across the state of Texas and beyond. The desired mindset for this position would be a willingness to walk alongside others and engage in a partnership to learn and implement research-based best practices for educators.

$51,000 - $52,000
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University‑Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
