Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on complex field assignments.
• Strong troubleshooting from symptoms to root cause.
• Sound decisions under pressure during field operations.
• Experience leading small crews safely and efficiently.
• Clear communication of technical issues to customers.
• Know when to proceed, stop, or elevate.
• Produce clear internal, customer, and regulatory documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move tools and equipment up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, process, and control issues.
• Lead service calls, startups, emergency responses, and troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 employees.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, contractors, labs, and management.
• Support compliance reporting, sampling schedules, logs, and regulatory docs.
• Assist with scoping, planning, and pricing repair work.
• Identify risks, safety issues, and follow-up work.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours responses.
