Job summary

BAILEY is seeking a Lead Technician to execute complex repairs, lead regional projects, and train technicians across multiple locations. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, bill customer-facing work, and help grow profitability while boosting customer satisfaction. Travel regionally is required.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, technical mentoring, and collaboration with Operations Managers to support fleet customers and installers.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
• Advanced OEM master certification preferred (Logisnext).
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle the most challenging technical jobs in the territory and perform diagnostic inspections.
• Repair and bill time for customer-facing work on Bailey-owned forklifts.
• Lead regional special projects, deployments, and telematics initiatives.
• Train and mentor technicians regionally, on-site and remotely.
• Coordinate project scopes, timelines, and communicate progress to leadership.
