Job summary

Bailey is seeking a Lead Technician to execute complex technical work, lead special projects regionally, and provide hands-on support and training. The LT will bill for labor on customer-facing work orders and travel regionally as needed to complete high-impact jobs.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, mentoring technicians, and assisting with hiring, onboarding, and regional communications. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role with opportunities for growth within Bailey

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification (provided by Bailey).
• A technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs is preferred.
• Advanced “master” certification from OEM factory, Logisnext preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle the most challenging technical jobs in the territory, including diagnostic inspections and mechanical & electrical repairs.
• Make repairs and recommendations on Bailey-owned forklifts, billing time for customer-facing work.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and safety issues; conduct root cause analysis.
