Job summary

Bailey is seeking a Lead Technician to perform advanced repairs and lead special regional projects, including telematics installation and high‑impact technical jobs. The role emphasizes hands‑on work, training peers, and billing time for customer‑facing work orders.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification is required (provided by Bailey).
• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle the most challenging technical jobs in the territory and perform diagnostic inspections and repairs.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians across the region, on-site and remotely.
• Assist Service Managers with hiring support, onboarding, and dedicated training as requested.
• Communicate project progress and regional initiatives to leadership and teams.
