Job summary

Titan Electric, based in Georgia, seeks a Security Systems Project Manager to lead commercial security projects (Access Control, CCTV, and related low-voltage systems) from planning through installation and turnover. The role demands deep technical security expertise and strong project-management skills to coordinate field teams, vendors, and customers.

You will ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating IT/network aspects and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial electronic security or low-voltage systems
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, programming, and testing Access Control and Video Surveillance
• Proficient programming with Access Control and CCTV systems
• Strong knowledge of electrified locking hardware, cameras, and wiring
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and project specs
• Working knowledge of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, PoE, VLANs)
• Knowledge of structured cabling and IT closet build-outs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with customers and field teams

Responsibilities

• Manage security projects from turnover through completion
• Review scope, specs, drawings, schedules, and contracts
• Develop project plans, coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, manufacturers, and project schedules
• Monitor costs, labor, materials, and schedule performance
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide technical oversight during installation, testing, and commissioning
• Support estimating, change orders, and cost-to-complete forecasts
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements
• Close out projects with submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation
