Job summary

Northstrat is seeking a CONUS-based Field Service Representative to maintain PACOM USSF systems. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot electronic systems, and provide instruction to military hosts on an as-needed basis.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations will be required (about 10–15%), with hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, site surveys, and system deployments. You will track tasks in Jira and support asset management and training.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Experience providing instruction to military hosts.
• Ability to travel on short notice and support CONUS/OCONUS sites.
• U.S. Passport and top-secret clearance preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with military customers to understand operational needs.
• Respond to service calls and manage time effectively.
• Perform site surveys, installations and system checks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform hardware replacements.
• Provide basic system administration training to technical users.
• Remotely monitor deployed systems health and status.
• Support logistics and asset management; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain Jira tickets for known hardware issues.
• Conduct refresher training for operators.
• Assist with site surveys for future installations.
