Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a COMSAT Technical Instructor to support USSPACECOM, conducting SATCOM training across DSCS and WGS satellite systems. The role involves 1–5 week trainings, updating materials, delivering results, and managing course catalogs. Remote work may be allowed with PM approval.

Based in Colorado Springs, CO, with up to 60% travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites. On-site work is primary, contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with a valid US Passport (or ability to obtain).
• Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain at time of application.
• Education: HS Diploma with 8 years relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with 4 years; or 2 years post-secondary with 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Travel to required sites to conduct course catalog training.
• Update training materials for hardware/software versions.
• Update WSOMS course catalog and integrate NET packages into instruction.
• Collect course critiques and issue training certificates.
