Job summary

TIAG is seeking a Field Technician/Installer at Level III to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot DoD Electronic Security Systems. The ideal candidate will travel up to 75% CONUS, pursue government clearance, and work a 40-hour week as a full-time employee from Mount Pleasant, SC.

Focus areas include Lenel, AMAG, Bosch, Milestone, and DMP systems. Qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent certification and 6+ years of installer/technician experience, with independent

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in electronic security systems
• Proven problem-solving and independent work skills
• Ability to mentor Level I/II staff and deliver trainings

Responsibilities

• Conduct Preventive Maintenance according to schedule.
• Deliver Preventive Maintenance reports for review by Senior Technicians.
• Manage a defined queue of service tickets and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for technical staff; implement new training curriculum and on-the-job training for Level 1 technicians.
