The Informatics Applications Group is seeking a Field Technician/Installer Level III in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of DoD electronic security systems, with a travel mandate and security clearance requirement.

Candidates should have a technical degree or equivalent certification and 6+ years of installer experience in core access control platforms.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional certification.
• 6+ years of proven experience as an Installer/Technician with expertise in Lenel, AMAG, Bosch, Milestone, DMP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued security clearance; US citizenship is required.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues; working knowledge of networks.

• On-site preventive maintenance and reporting as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot and repair DoD electronic security systems to maintain uptime.
