You will translate execution plans into daily field actions, supervise field crews, and work under the Site Superintendent to resolve issues in real time.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in field execution within mission-critical or hyperscale construction.
• Experience directing field crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution for assigned scopes, zones, or workstreams.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades including electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning.
• Enforce QA/QC requirements and verify work against drawings and specs.
• Provide clear updates to the Site Superintendent on progress and risks.
• Stop work for unsafe conditions and escalate as needed.
