We are hiring an experienced Senior Field Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with multiple manufacturing sites, their leadership teams, and corporate talent acquisition to recruit top-tier engineering professionals. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of engineering across the company and making a direct impact on CF Industries’ growth through talent acquisition.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute full-cycle engineering searches, from intake to offer recommendation
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
  • Build talent pools using diverse channels
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with site leadership to understand talent needs and provide solutions
  • Manage recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve processes
  • Educate teams on labor market trends and recruitment strategies
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives
  • Negotiate job offers
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and talent pipelines
  • Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports
  • Guide hiring managers on recruitment policies and legal compliance
  • Maintain accurate ATS records
  • Improve recruitment efficiency and candidate satisfaction
  • Attend industry events for knowledge and networking
  • Lead New Hire Orientation sessions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or specialized fields
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience consulting with leadership
  • Deep understanding of business lines supported
  • Proficiency in Workday and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut
  • Knowledge of employment laws and OFCCP compliance
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions professionally
  • Experience working in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

The estimated base salary ranges from $91,530 to $120,745, influenced by experience and qualifications. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, flexible work arrangements, and total rewards are offered. For more information, visit our Total Rewards website.
