Job summary

Allworld Project Management is seeking a Land Surveying Crew Chief to lead field crews, oversee data collection and reporting across Memphis project sites. The role is full-time and onsite in Memphis, TN.

You will manage survey operations, mentor technicians, and ensure QA and safety standards while coordinating with clients and project managers. A minimum of 5 years as a crew chief and proficiency with total stations and GPS are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of land surveying: boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys and related documents.
• Ability to lead and instruct field crews in the execution of survey tasks.
• Familiarity with field and office surveying practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Lead field crews and coordinate survey activities across sites.
• Take measurements with high-tech equipment and collect field data.
• Prepare plans and plots using survey software.
• Ensure QA of field data, maps and reports.
