Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks a Superintendent for Mechanical Piping, Plumbing & Sheetmetal in Texas. You will lead field supervision across piping, plumbing and sheet metal crews, ensuring safety, quality and cost efficiency on multiple Texas projects.

The role requires a craft apprenticeship or equivalent, 8+ years supervisory experience, OSHA-30, and ability to read drawings and schedule work. Work located in Dallas, Houston, and other Texas markets.

Qualifications

• Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Minimum 8 years in a supervisory field role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, piping, plumbing, or sheet metal field installation.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership on piping, plumbing, and sheet metal crews.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate craft personnel to meet labor needs.
• Direct, support, and mentor foremen and general foremen.
• Own safety in the field and participate in safety investigations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control programs.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Resolve issues related to work procedures, damages, delays, and conflicts.
• Requisition supplies and materials and assist with start-up problems.
• Prepare and submit labor and cost tracking reports.
