Job summary

H&G Systems, LP in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking a Mechanical Pipe Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial and industrial piping projects. You will oversee piping and welding activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring crews and coordinating with project leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in piping/welding, 5+ years in leadership, and a current 6G welding certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial piping and welding experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role.
• Current 6G Welding Certification.
• Advanced knowledge of stick and MIG welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, specifications, and weld maps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee piping and welding operations on commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
• Work with Project Managers, Foremen, and field leadership to meet objectives.
• Monitor labor productivity, progress, and milestones.
• Mentor Foremen, Pipefitters, Welders and emerging field leaders.
