Power Design seeks a Plumbing Superintendent to lead field teams on industrial projects in Midland, TX. The role directs production, ensures quality and safety, and maintains customer loyalty through strong field leadership.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience, an active mechanical or plumbing license, and solid knowledge of code requirements. OSHA 30 is preferred. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing crews on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes.
• Strong English reading, writing and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train field project teams to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Plan and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build relationships with customers, inspectors and trades.
• Coordinate meetings with trades and GC to resolve conflicts and maintain service.
• Ensure installations meet quality and code standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedule.
• Uphold Power Design’s safety and quality standards.
