Job summary

Ballard Marine Construction LLC is a specialty underwater and marine contractor delivering innovative technical solutions across multiple markets. The General Superintendent will lead field execution of some of the nation’s most complex marine and heavy civil projects, partnering with Project Managers and leadership to drive success from planning through completion.

You’ll mentor field leaders, build client relationships, and set the standard for safety, quality, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading field operations on heavy civil, marine, or transportation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil/structural engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead field teams, ensure safety/quality, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of complex marine and heavy civil projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and mentor high-performing field teams and foster safety culture.
• Build and maintain client relationships and coordinate with PMs and leadership.
• Influence project strategy, drive operational excellence, and manage multiple priorities.
