Ballard Marine Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution on some of the nation's most complex marine and heavy civil projects. You will mentor teams, influence project strategy, and partner with managers to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in field operations and a proven track record in heavy civil or marine work, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading field operations on heavy civil, marine, structural, industrial, or transportation projects.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills to guide teams and drive project success.
• Proven ability to promote safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Experience collaborating with project managers, owners, consultants, and clients.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
