Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site execution for complex, large-scale projects in Georgia. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule milestones, coordinating trades, crews, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Strong leadership and deep field knowledge are required to mentor junior superintendents, optimize CPM schedules, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards across phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Engineering.
• 8–10 years of industry experience with leadership of major scopes or full projects.
• Experience with projects valued at $250MM+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for major proj scopes or full project execution (on-site).
• Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
