Job summary

Posillico Civil, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through execution. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and client communications to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering with 7+ years’ related experience, plus strong leadership and risk management skills for large $10M+ contracts. FDOT experience is preferred and you will supervise onsite teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of related experience.
• Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a project manager role with a contract value of $10M+.
• Experience in Heavy Construction (site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, foundations, piles, sanitary sewers or sewer wastewater treatment plants).
• FDOT Experience preferred.
• Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job safety per the project safety manual.
• Perform daily quantity reviews and monitor safety compliance.
• Review estimates monthly and manage payments; process change orders.
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
• Forecast project revenue, costs and profitability.
• Supervise the project team and maintain field records.
