Lithko Contracting in Richmond, VA is seeking a Superintendent to plan and oversee the execution of their project phase, coordinating closely with senior field leadership to align with the overall project schedule.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 3+ years in project execution, and a concrete/self-perform background. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $140,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is preferred.
• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
