Lithko Contracting is seeking a Superintendent to join our Richmond, Virginia team. You will plan the execution of your phase and collaborate with senior field leaders to craft a comprehensive project plan.

We value concrete construction expertise and leadership—this role emphasizes coordinating resources, scheduling, and driving site success in a busy, nationwide contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project execution.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is preferred.
• Ability to lead people and drive project results.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work and coordinate with senior field leadership.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work based on project information.
• Prepare your team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure your team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.
