Lithko Contracting is seeking a Superintendent to join our Richmond, Virginia team. You will plan the execution of your phase and collaborate with senior field leaders to craft a comprehensive project plan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project execution.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is preferred.
• Ability to lead people and drive project results.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work and coordinate with senior field leadership.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work based on project information.
• Prepare your team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure your team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all relevant parties.

SuperintendentLithko Contracting is actively seeking a Superintendent to join our team in Richmond, Virginia! Superintendents at Lithko are responsible for planning the execution of their phase of work and work closely with the senior field leadership to create an overall project plan.
