Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Senior Superintendent in the Kansas City area to lead the execution phase of large concrete projects. You will collaborate with the operations team to create a comprehensive project plan and drive on-site performance to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive project execution experience in a self-perform environment, with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial builds and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices with experience on projects over 500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Experience with diverse project types, especially Commercial/Industrial.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan and timeline.
• Coordinate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Interpret project information and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Engage the team to generate accurate project information including T&Q reports.
• Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure execution goals are met and aligned with plan.
• Validate project awareness and adjust to meet execution goals.
• Provide timely, accurate project status updates to stakeholders.

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Senior Superintendent. Project Leads (Sr. Superintendents) at Lithko are responsible for planning the execution phase of the project and they work closely with the operational team to create and overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing a project plan.


• Collaborates with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.


• Understands project information and is able to identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.


• Prepares project team to execute using defined planning processes.


• Engages project team to generate accurate project information including T&Q reports.


• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.


• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met.


• Validates project awareness for the project team and makes necessary adjustments in order to meet execution goals.


• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.


• Good organizational and communication skills.


• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.


• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.


• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.


• In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 500K.


• Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $100,000 and $135,000 annualized. Additional compensation in the form of a vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and company benefits may also be included.
