A tech solutions company is seeking a Principal Field Solution Architect to lead strategic project engagements and mentor team members. This remote position requires expertise in routing and switching architecture, and proficiency in advanced technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE) and a proven track record in B2B solutions selling. The salary range for this role is competitive, between $145,000.00 and $190,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Expertise in leading manufacturers routing and switching architecture.
• Strong proficiency with Cisco, CCNA, CCNP or CCIE certifications required.
• Solid understanding of data center consolidation and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly strategic project engagements and mentor team members.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with Account Managers.
• Engage with customers to discover advanced technology opportunities.

Skills

Understanding of leading manufacturers routing and switching architecture

Expert with Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification

Expert knowledge of HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco Blade and Rack Servers

Experience with Enterprise Storage Arrays

Familiarity with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

B2B solutions selling experience

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
