Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sign installation or related field experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial signage systems.
• Experience leading field crews or mentoring technicians.
• Ability to interpret installation drawings and project documents.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial sign installations, service work, and field surveys.
• Lead field crews through hands-on example and technical expertise.
• Interpret installation drawings, project documentation, and site requirements.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and recommend solutions.
• Assist with complex signage installations and service calls.
• Mentor and train Field Operations Technicians.
• Demonstrate proper installation methods and safety practices.
• Operate company vehicles, lifts, and equipment safely.
• Represent City Neon professionally at customer sites.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites.
• Complete work safely while meeting project schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and follow all company safety procedures.
