Responsibilities

Install commercial signage, LED displays, and related visual systems according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, lifts, and field equipment.
Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.

Job description

City Neon is seeking a Field Operations Technician to join our growing field operations team. This position is responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial signage systems, LED displays, and other visual communication solutions for customers throughout the region.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on work, solving technical challenges, and taking pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a variety of environments including commercial job sites, outdoor locations, and elevated work areas.

Field Operations Technicians work closely with Field Operations Leads, Project Managers, and production teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to City Neon’s quality standards.
