Responsibilities

• Install commercial signage, LED displays, and related visual systems according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct field surveys and document site conditions.
• Interpret installation drawings, measurements, and project documentation.
• Safely operate company vehicles, trailers, lifts, and field equipment.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot installation and service challenges.
• Represent City Neon professionally at customer locations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites.
• Protect customer property and company assets.
• Complete service documentation and project updates accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and proper PPE guidelines.
