The ideal candidate has 2+ years of fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or construction experience, can read and interpret drawings, and can operate hand and power tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Fabricate custom commercial signage, LED displays, and architectural sign systems according to production drawings.

Prepare fabricated products for paint, graphics application, and installation.
Operate fabrication equipment, power tools, and shop machinery safely.
Review drawings, materials, and work instructions before beginning projects.
Identify material issues, drawing concerns, or fabrication challenges.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and quality.
Complete assigned projects according to production schedules.
Maintain organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.

This position plays a critical role in bringing large-scale visual experiences to life for commercial clients across the region and beyond. Fabricators work closely with project managers, production teams, and installation crews to ensure products are built accurately, efficiently, and ready for successful installation.
