Job summary

The Erosion Company (TEC) is seeking a Field Services Manager / Area Quality Manager to oversee large Civil construction projects across multiple sites. You will lead field crews of diverse trades, schedule work, ensure safety, and drive project quality and profitability.

Responsibilities include daily site visits, coordinating with clients, monitoring cost benchmarks, and partnering with the sales team to win new work and expand existing accounts while delivering exceptional service in the

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to ensure accurate billing.
• Develop client relationships and respond to issues promptly.
• Support sales in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
