Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Field Services to lead regional field service leaders overseeing commissioning, warranty, and aftermarket support.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Global Service and Warranty and requires strong leadership, technical depth, and a passion for renewable energy. You will drive safety, collaboration with Customer Success and Sales, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in field service, technical operations, or project management.
• Experience in renewable energy or industrial systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety program implementation.
• Ability to travel ~25% and support field teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional field service leaders across commissioning, warranty, and aftermarket support.
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as response times, issue resolution rates, and system uptime.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Quality to align service delivery.
• Contribute to product improvements by relaying field data and insights.
• Prepare reports and present field performance updates to stakeholders.
