Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Expert Field Service Technician to perform field service at customer sites in the Los Angeles area. You will handle advanced mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventative maintenance while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

The role requires up to 15% travel, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 to 7 years of technical work experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.) and DOT Medical card.
