Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, set up, maintain, troubleshoot and repair client systems and equipment across assigned regions, with travel in the United States. This role may involve on-site and off-site work and coordination with support teams.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, customer satisfaction, and ensuring equipment availability. Travel Monday–Friday and a valid driver's license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Electronic, robotics or electro-mechanical degree required.
• 2-5 years of field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required; own vehicle may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as service representative for specific customers.
• Member of the On-Call schedule.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage equipment and parts to complete service requests timely.
• Maintain inventory up to date.
• Installations and repairs, including after-hours on-call work.
• Ensure safe, organized work areas and proper reporting.
